Nancy – Our Martial Arts team leader. Nancy overlooks all the management duties for the Martial Arts Department. Her efficient & pleasant ways are reflected in the devotion of her customers over the years. Her many mail order customers range from B.C. to Newfoundland.
Carrie – Our retail store front manager. Carrie’s extensive knowledge has been a great asset to her customers. She has a gentle, gracious approach that reflects her Japanese heritage.
Karen - Karen has assisted Nancy with processing mail orders. She is also in charge of custom documents for our Ship Sales Department. Karen will be pleased to take your phone orders.
Cal - Cal was the first of the 3rd generation to join Mikado. He is involved with sales in our Ship Chandler Department. Despite many of his clients having a limited understanding of English, Cal easily bridges this gap as he is fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
Wes - Wes was involved with a different career, but was eventually recruited by the family to join our staff. We are pleased to have his professionalism & outside viewpoints to help us prosper in the right direction. Wes is involved with our Ship Chandler Department, although he is always pleased to lend a helping hand in the Martial Arts Department when necessary.
Dave - David also had a different career before joining our business and family. His previous experiences have offered fresh insight. David is responsible for sales & purchasing in our Ship Chandler Department. His responsibilities keep him busy, but when called upon, he also helps in the Martial Arts Department.
James - James is involved with sales in our Ship Chandler Department. He has been a loyal member of Mikado for many years. Our customers often praise his customer service. He is fluent in English, Japanese & Mandarin. James has been an invaluable asset to our company.
Linda - Linda joined us 20 years ago. She takes care of the Accounting Department. If you have any questions concerning your account, please check with her. Linda also will be pleased to take your orders over the phone.
